# Process Pipeline

Users can choose to use DB replication and Kafka to capture and stream process event from their BPM and other line of business applications into the Process Insight data store.

The reporting service is used to map and summarize the event data into a form suitable for reporting.

The Process Insight app server provide the service API and user interface for dashboards. The users can also use the service API to build custom reporting solutions as per their needs.
